Le dictateur centrafricain Archange Touadera en visite dite officielle au Cameroun au service de Wagner de Prigogine et de la Russie de Poutine ???
Pour cette mission, le Groupe Wagner ou la Russie de Poutine aurait au moins pu lui affréter un vieux Tupolev, en échange de toutes les mines d’or et les licences d’importation/exportation exclusive qu’il leur accorde en Centrafrique…afin de se maintenir indéfiniment au pouvoir.
Si Camair-Co se voit pour cela contrainte de mettre à sa disposition le seul aéronef de sa flotte commerciale pour qu’il vienne négocier auprès du dictateur Paul Biya une plus grande implantation du Groupe Wagner au Cameroun, qui compte déjà des bureaux au port de Douala, mais où va-t-on ?
Il n’y a en effet qu’en Afrique noire francophone où les despotes sont prêts à brader toutes les richesses de leurs pays, sans à aucun moment privilégier les intérêts nationaux, encore moins des populations.Tout et absolument tout se résume à la conservation jouissive et autoritaire du pouvoir.
La question qui s’impose à nous de façon absolue est: est-ce qu’être au service de Wagner est plus ou moins « bien » qu’être au service de la France? En effet:
1-La Chine paye les Russes pour sécuriser leurs investissements en Afrique, pour éviter que «les blancs» (voulus les occidentaux) ne volent et détruisent tout (avec notre collaboration)
2-Les russes agissent sur 2 plans :
-Wagner s’occupe de l’aspect sécuritaire et logistique sur le terrain
-Moscou s’occupe du lobbying au Conseil de sécurité de l’ONU, puis de la com (la propagande)
Cela démontre que le vrai projet derrière ce monde voulu multipolaire et non-aligné est l’autoritarisme néolibéral et l’égoïsme individuel; un égoïsme qui est le tombeau de tout projet émancipateur idéaliste pour un quelconque collectif productif et solidaire.
Pour les démocraties mondiales sous l’égide des États-Unis, le projet global devrait être de garder le monde uni : un ordre mondial, avec un ensemble de règles de base, auxquels adhérent tous les États membres du conseil des Nations indépendantes. Car ils ont besoin d’un cadre politique, économique et financier stable pour pérenniser leurs intérêts. Le multilatéralisme leur sied naturellement. Cependant, ils doivent jouer un rôle beaucoup plus pro-actif (inattendu en Europe avec la guerre en Ukraine notamment), tant dans les organisations internationales existantes que dans de nouvelles coalitions ad hoc, réunissant des démocraties et des non-démocraties qui partagent un intérêt commun pour des solutions concrètes à des problèmes spécifiques.
Maintenir tous ces États dans un système mondial uniforme exigera un compromis (au détriment de qui?). Mais celui-ci est de loin préférable aux grandes puissances quittant la communauté internationale ou la minant de l’extérieur. Car le compromis avec d’autres pouvoirs n’a de sens, bien sûr, que s’ils respectent les règles du système consensuel international, anciens et nouveaux. Ce qui devient clairement un défi, notable en ce qui concerne la Chine et la Russie.

This demonstrates that the real project behind of multipolar world is neoliberal authoritarianism and individual egotism and egoism which is the tomb of any idealistic emancipatory project of a productive collective and solidarity.
For global democracies, the overall project should be to keep the world together: a global order, with a basic set of rules, to which all states subscribe, because they need a stable political and economic and financial framework to pursue their interests. Multilateralism comes naturally to them; however, they must play a much more proactive role, both in existing international organizations and in new ad hoc coalitions, bringing together democracies and non-democracies who share an interest in concrete solutions to problems. specific.
